If at any time you are unsatisfied with a product you purchased from us or from one of our authorized sellers, you may return any unopened bottles within Thirty (30) days for a refund of the purchase price, not including shipping, with a 25% restocking fee applied to all orders. Please keep the followings in mind before sending back the items:
- Please contact our customer support, in order to start the return process.
- Include your full name and order number on the package.
- Ship the product back to us.
- You should return the item to us within 30 days of your purchase date.
- Any items received as a gift with your purchase, should be returned along with the products you would like to return. The value of missing items (gifts received with your purchase) will be deducted from the refund. For missing item we will deduct the original price from the refund amount.
- Regardless of the Shipping type (even if you have been qualified for free shipping), handling and shipping Fee is Non Refundable. For orders inside the US shipping and handling fee is 5.95, and also 9.95 for international orders. Shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your whole amount.
- There is a 25% restocking fee that will be deducted from your whole amount.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
If an item is missing or has been damaged during transit, you should report it within the first 48 hours of receiving the package. The items won’t be replaced or refunded after 48 hours of receiving the package.

(Not for regular customers) Orders placed for resale purposes do not qualify for refund. Once the products have shipped, we won’t cancel or refund the amount back to you. Please order carefully.
